TracyLegalServices started quietly to serve a single law firm based in Mesquite, Texas, that was challenged to get all the requirements of executing the legal process in the cases. We started doing filings in Dallas, Rockwall and Collin court buildings as well as serving papers for citations and notices in these geographic areas. We now offer an array of services designed to reduce the time required to manage the "process" of lawsuits, wrought with the paper trail. Check our services page for listing of offered services. We operate out of Mesquite, Texas, serving Garland, Rockwall, Dallas, Plano, and the surrounding communities primarily in the counties of Dallas, Tarrant, Rockwall, Kaufmann, and Collin. We also do state and nationwide service.

Our services include personalized Courier, Mobile Notary, TPO, Court Filings, and any other service that helps reduce the work load of attorneys.

Our mission is to provide personalized, timely service to the client at a fair price. We are no more expensive than the Sheriff's office service, but much more timely. We also provide the turnkey service of filing the return at the courthouse, whether on line or in person, as part of the process service fee.

We are an independent service, not tied to any law firm. While most of our business comes from firms practicing family law, we handle all practice areas that have process service, filing, or setting hearings, or other needs as determined by the practice.

We are certified Process Servers and we are a members of the TPSA, Texas Process Server Association.
